PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is important to us! To better protect your privacy we provide this explanation of our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order and/or track commission sales. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We use return e-mail addresses to answer the e-mail we receive and to inform you about other products offerings. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. You have the ability to opt-out of any future e-mail product offerings.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
SECURITY POLICY
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We have engaged a SECURED TRANSACTION SERVER that resides behind a security FIREWALL, for the safety of sensitive (i.e. credit card data) information and the prevention of attack from hackers or fraudulent practices.
PAYMENTS POLICY
We accept the following credit cards through AUTHORIZED.NET SECURED TRANSACTION SERVER online:
VISA MASTERCARD AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Your billing zip code for your credit card account is required in order to verify your credit card purchase. If our secure transaction server can not verify your credit card billing address, and match that address to your shipping address, your order will require the cardholder's signature. We will fax the invoice to you and require that the cardholder sign the order and return it by fax, before we complete your order and/or ship your order.
In compliance with our credit card merchant agreement, credit card orders will not be charged until the order has been fulfilled, and a valid UPS tracking number and tag has been assigned to the shipping container. Orders are fulfilled, assigned a tracking number, and tagged on the day on which they are scheduled for UPS pick-up.

RETURNS POLICY ON BOOKS
All returns must take place within 5 days of receiving your shipment by UPS. All materials must be returned in good condition.
RETURNS FOR ON-LINE COURSES
Capstone Institute does not offer any refunds for any on-line course or on-line webinar once a student has logged into the class or joined the webinar. Students who notify the school that they wish to cancel an on-line course or webinar before logging into the class or joining the webinar will receive a full refund minus their orginal credit card tranaction fee. The refund will be credited at once provided that the student returns any applicable training manuals to Capstone in re-saleable condition. STUDENTS returning books must call the school and receive a return authorization ticket and Capstone will pay for the return shipping cost of the books by UPS.
SHIPPING POLICY
All packaged orders are shipped exclusively via UPS –3 Days ground service. Shipping and handling charges on all UPS requests may vary according to package weight and time of delivery. All UPS deliveries require an Adult signature upon delivery.
