Capstone Institute of Mortgage Finance™, founded by Kathy Lewis in 1986, is a training institute designed to meet the educational needs of the Mortgage Banking and Real Estate industry. In 2001, Capstone Institute of Mortgage Finance™ became the nation's first College Accredited Mortgage School. With accreditation from the American Council on Education.

In keeping up with the needs of the ever changing mortgage industry, Capstone has added Customer Service to it's list of priorities. We believe that customer service is much more than being friendly to our customers. Customer service is creating products that are beneficial to our clients, keeping those products up-to-date in content and technology, and making sure that our Student Services department is well versed in the content of all products and classes. Our Student Services team was put into place so as to provide answers to questions and to assist our clients in selecting programs that will be of benefit to their career.
